8.1 All Competitions operated by ChronoWin include a free postal entry route.
8.2 Postal entries are only valid if all of the following conditions are met:
- you must first create an account on the website;
- your entry must be sent by handwritten postcard;
- each postal entry must be sent separately;
- where multiple entries are sent in a single envelope or package, they will count as one single entry only;
- hand-delivered entries will not be accepted; and
- the details on your postcard must exactly match the details on your website account.
8.3 Postal entries must be sent to:

8.4 Your postal entry must include:
- the Competition name;
- your full name;
- your postal address;
- your email address;
- your telephone number; and
- confirmation that you accept these Terms and Conditions.
8.5 Incomplete, illegible, damaged or unclear entries will be disqualified.
8.6 Postal entries must be received before the stated closing date and time.
8.7 Proof of posting is not proof of delivery or proof of entry.
8.8 If the maximum number of entries for a Competition has already been reached before your postal entry is processed, your entry will not be included.
8.9 We will only email postal entrants to confirm successful entry into the draw, subject to these Terms and Conditions.
8.10 Unsuccessful postal entries will not receive an email or other communication from us.
8.11 All Competitions shall remain open for a minimum period of five (5) working days to allow postal entrants a fair opportunity to participate.
